1.1 What is purpose of Lodestonesearch?

            The idea behind Lodestone is to provide a local business listing database, that is free of charge for the user to search, and provide a means of finding local businesses. It also serves as another way for local businesses to promote themselves.

1.2 What is the Service Provided by Lodestone?

            The service that Lodestone would provide would be a searchable database of local businesses of many different categories.  

1.3 Why should I utilize Lodestone's services?

            We provide a internet listing service to local businesses that are looking for a cheap and easy way to get on the internet and a exciting new way to find interesting places of business in your area.   Along with providing this service we are trying to promote the good standing businesses that need new and inexpensive ways to advertise.

1.4 How will this advertising help me and how will potential customers know about Lodestone?

            All the advertising is done by the internet. By this we mean all the major search engines have Lodestone on them i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN, Hotbot, ect.   Also we have cards and brochures for display at the entrance of the businesses that we provide service to.  

1.5 How do I as a business know that my business is getting searched for?

            The main way that a listed business will be able to see their traffic will be from that a hit counter available on the Lister's Admin Page.

1.6 How do I get listed?

            Its easy just go to Create A Listing and fill out the registration form. A payment process will follow utilizing Pay Pal.

2.1 Can any business join?

            Yes and No. Some businesses due to their nature or graphical content can be rejected.   This is all up to the webmaster. Lodestone's searchable database is available for all ages and classes of people.

2.2 What if my business is just starting out can I have my business listed?

            Sure any business can be listed as long as they provide the correct information and meet the above criteria.

3.1 How does billing work?

            Billing is on a monthly or yearly basis.   The subscription can be canceled at any time with in the month, but that month or year will not be refunded. Billing cycle starts 1 st of every month.

3.2 Are or will there be extra features to add to my listing?

            Yes, extra features that can be added include pictures and information all of which is at a small additional fee. More features and options will be added as Lodestone progresses.

3.3 What are the Plans like?

            Stage 1    -     A Free One Year Listing will be available for the first 100 customers.

            Stage 2    -     A charge of $10.99 a month or $100 a year for the next 500 customers.

            Stage 3    -     A charge of $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year for future customers.

Extra features:

              Platinum: 6 additional Pictures + double description space for $5.99

              Gold:        4 additional Pictures for $2.99

              Silver:       Double description space for $1.99
